BookFestWeek 2009
For the fourth year, Windsor Mayor Eddie Francis and Windsor's City Council have issued a proclamation that November 4-7, 2009 will be known in Windsor as BookFestWindsor Weekend! Thank you Mayor Francis and Councillors, and thank you to everyone who has helped make BookFestWindsor such a success: our patrons, sponsors, organizers, volunteers, and of course all of our fantastic authors!
